    We pride ourselves on stocking high-quality items and hope that you will be pleased with your order, but in the event that you need to return something to us, we’ll always endeavour to make the process as quick and straightforward as possible. That’s why we’ve outlined below, all the information you’ll need to get your return and refund sorted in double-quick time.  

    What are your rights?

    You have the right to cancel your order for any item purchased on www.specially4cats.co.uk within 7 days of receiving our email, confirming your order. If we have not yet despatched the goods, we will cancel your order and make an immediate repayment. You can cancel an order either by emailing one of our team at hello@specially4cats.co.uk or by calling us on 01282 902355.

    Your rights to return goods are protected under The Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000.

    How to return an item to Specially4Cats?

    When cancelling your order, if you have already received the goods you can return any unopened goods within 30 days. Once we have received and checked your goods, we will credit you with the value of the returned items.

    If you are returning an item because of an error made on our part or because it is defective, we will be more than happy to refund the delivery charges incurred in sending the goods to you and your costs in returning them to us. Otherwise, you will be responsible for delivery charges in connection with your purchase.

    Please take care to use the correct postage when returning your goods. If the correct postage has not been paid we incur charges, we will deduct any charges incurred from you not paying the correct postage to return your item(s) from your refund.

    To return an item, please email hello@specially4cats.co.uk. We will provide you with a RMA code (return merchandise authorisation). Please quote this in your returns package along with your goods in their original, unopened packaging. For your protection, we recommend that you use a recorded-delivery service.

    To ensure that your refund is processed as quickly as possible, when packing and sending your return, please:

    • Return the product in its original packaging.
    • Pack the product to avoid damage during return transit.
    • Include a note with your return and write on this the reason for the return, your name, address, phone number, order number and whether you require a refund or a replacement.

    What guarantees and warranties do Specially4Cats offer?

    Whilst Specially4Cats makes every reasonable effort to ensure that we sell only the highest quality goods, we do not offer any guarantee or warranty schemes other than those offered by the product manufacturers.

    What are Specially4Cats terms and conditions?

    This agreement will be governed by and construed in accordance with, the law of England and Wales and both you and Specially4Cats agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
